La Costa Cálida (The Warm Coast) in Spain

In our area we have the largest natural swmming pool in Europe, the Mar Menor. You have two seas, the Mediterranean on one side of La Manga and the Mar Menor on the other. Deserted beaches, a privileged climate with 315 sunny days a year and 21º C year round average temperature. Costa Cálida means 'the warm coast'.

The new airport at Corvera in Murcia has finally been given the go ahead. This will definitely add to the value of property in the area. New roads are being planned, with the motorway between Cartagena and Almería nearly completed. Many of the country roads are being improved and resurfaced.

There are many new shopping complexes, the Corte Inglés in Cartagena, IKEA in Murcia and an enormous shopping centre just outside Cartagena in the process of construction.

People fall in love with this area. Come, taste the wines, the fresh fish, the wonderful well-known cuisine, tapas, paellas, etc.
